Having a Fix

Amy  Flett is an artist and writer from Nova Scotia, who writes short pithy observations on life, accompanied by her beautiful, simple graphics.  This is my favorite.  Not didactic, but gently stated. Like a whisper in my ear.

Kuripot

I feel so victorious  every time I go to the Mall / Department Store and go home without buying anything.
Its enough that I see, hold, try and sometimes fit the items I like and know I can buy them.If  I  really want something so bad, so very bad  I will make three visits on the average - to try or hold or, smell the item.  I figured that if after three visits and it still calls my name, then I can part with my cash.It takes me a while to decide  the stores mark it down so I no longer need to wait for a storewide sale . I am a multiple buyer (same color, all colors, all styles, and lately, + / - sizes)-coupon cutting-bargain basement bin raider.
